"I have a 100 year old house with a very steeply peaked roofline - hard to work on. Fascia and shingles blew off during a recent storm. Rudy & his son came out and inspected the roof and quoted the repairs, which included finding older shingles which are not currently readily on the market. Although the roof is older, and the shingles beginning to become brittle, for personal reasons, I am not presently in a position to replace the roof, and they agreed to perform maintenance, replacing missing shingles, fascia etc. for the time being. They were happy to help me out, not only replaced the fascia that blew off, but also added some to my garage. During the repair, they brought down samples of my older shingles, and discussed with me the aging factors that were present in my existing roof, advising me that they DO recommend a roof replacement within a year or two. I will definitely reach out in a year or so, once present circumstances are behind me."

"I contacted Mike online through Angi, and he responded by phone almost immediately. I had a small patch where a shingle had blown off of my 20 year old roof. He came out the next day, inspected the roof and gutters, and explained what needed to be done. He assured me the roof itself is sturdy and in good condition, but some of the asphalt shingles were pulling away from the roof, making it ripe for more damage. He suggested that they re-nail/seal the shingles wherever it was needed, completely seal the seams around chimney, vents, fans, etc., and clean out the gutters (some of which had vegetation growing). We agreed on a reasonable price, which included a one year warranty. He came the next morning with a sizable crew who completed the agreed upon work on the house and garage in about an hour. Bob the builder performed an inspection and provide an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with the estimate and conversation so I signed the contract the same day. "I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."
