"Excellent, as always. They have done SO much work for us over the years - 13 years since I have been here at our condo. We have two catch basins that need to be rodded and cleaned as preventive maintenance regularly. They have also done some work for us when we've had tree roots grow into our sewer lines. "The inspector arrived pretty much on time. He spent about 30 minutes or so in the crawlspace looking around.
Upon the completion of his inspection, he made recommendations and showed me pictures of what he found. He provided a  weather station that indicates internal and external temperatures. I did not know I had moisture in my home particularly in the crawlspace.
In addition, his office sent me a written list of the recommendations.  I would like to use their service to have my crawlspace
