The appt had been mistakenly booked on a holiday, but instead of canceling, he showed up, did a thorough inspection with pictures, and explained in detail what was needed. Three weeks later with a heat index of 107, they were there tearing the roof off, repairing some damage, installing OSB over the entire roof, and roofing. All done in a day. His crew did a great job!
