"Scott responded very quickly to my call, came out when he said he would, charged me a service fee for the visit that seems lower than other places would. Our washer wouldn't leak while he was here, so to wrote the invoice to note that he wouldn't recharge the visit fee if he came back within 30 days. He came back twice - once to diagnose and once to fix. Every time, he was able to come within the window of time that he estimated, given his other jobs. The one time that he was not able to get here earlier in that window of time, he called and kept me informed of what his schedule looked like.
