I called Marty on a Saturday and he came to diagnose it the following Monday. He located the problem and found the spring locally. I was impressed with his strength, stamina, tenacity, and cleverness. He needed to do careful and complex electrical work on two occasions. And he needed to put in a very long screw on a nearly 45 degree angle to attach the left side of the hood onto a thin part of the cabinet above it. I hope it holds over time."
