We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. He suggested getting a general contractor and rerouting the water away from our house, the drainage. It was good. It was just an estimate, so there wasn't a charge. Since he couldn't see anything that they could do, then there was no charge. He was very helpful and honest. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he knew what he was talking about. I appreciated that he didn't try to do a service that we didn't need. They got very high reviews."

The owner I spoke with felt like someone I could trust. I hired them to work on my house because of a pest problem, it wasn't looking good but they started spraying outside the house so they sort of went above and beyond. I called them two weeks after they sprayed the apartments because I thought it wasn't working so they came out again and sprayed even though they said it would take some time. They were late once."
