"They took the job even though they don't know how to do flat roofs, and never at any point started that they don't know how to do flat roofs until after I called to complain about water leaking in my closet. The contract states tear off old roof and install new shingles. He did not honor the contract. He didn't reroof the entire roof, and only reshingled the flat roof. The contract and request was for a new roof over the entire house. Of the Leake he asked why it just now started leaking, and suggested maybe a branch fell on it. It did not seem he ever intended to honor the warranty. His first response was "I didn't do the back" when I called about the leak and told him the location. I requested a partial refund, and he started that he would wait till he's served -- boasting that a lawsuit will take a year."

Cost was very competitive, scheduling and installation was smooth and professional. Recently, we had an issue with hardware on one of the windows and a sliding screen door. "100+ year old brick building with 6-7+ layers of roof was leaking. Sam the owner of Expert Super Seal Roofing was able to bid the job within a few days of the initial contact call. He quickly revised the contract in response to some of our concerns and supplied us with proof of liability insurance upon request. The original plan involved tearing off all the old roofing layers, placing insulation on the deck, placing a base sheet on the insulation, placing a torch down bitumen system, placing a new coping on one of the parapet walls and a final liquid aluminum asphalt coat and guttering. After the many layers of the roof were torn off-the much larger scope of the job became apparent as at least 1/4 of the roof area had rotten decking and joists and a large section of the inner brick layer of the parapet wall had to be rebuilt. The original time estimate was 2 days and the job was completed in 5 consecutive days. When the need for additional work became apparent Sam immediately had extra workers on site and the extra materials that were needed for the rebuild. An additional dumpster was needed due to the extent of the tear off. Throughout the job Sam kept us posted with photos as to the extent and progress of the work. I was impressed with quality of the work, the efficiency of the workers and the job site clean-up."
