"I called Precision at 8:30 in the morning to schedule an appointment to repair my garage door. I had bent some 18 inches of one door track and knocked the adjacent sensor light off its mount . When I had discussed the repairs with other garage door services these other services told me it could take up to three weeks to repair my door. One representative of another service came, took photographs, and gave us a proposal for approximately three times the cost of the successful repair by Precision "because you have to buy 2 replacement sets of tracks. Nobody will sell you just one track." The service technician sent by Precision arrive half an hour before the arranged time in a van fully loaded with tools and parts, He asked if I had any problems with him starting a few minutes early, explaining that he thought he would probably be able to fix the damaged section of track, the damaged mounts, and possibly the sensor for the door's safety light, He finished all the repairs and cleaned his work area in less than half an hour. I will recommend Precision without reservation to my neighbors and friends."

When nothing fixed the problem, I called back and we made arrangements for him to come to fix the garage door opener that next Sunday. PJ arrived on time, troubleshot the door, fixed it, realigned it, lubricated it, checked the second door for trouble, made a slight adjustment and was all done. His price was $150, he applied a 10 % off Angie's List coupon. I was very happy to write a check and have two perfectly smooth garage doors again!"
