"We contracted Nei Brothers to give us an estimate of replacing the carpet in our entire house. Dennis was extremely knowledgable about his products. The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. "Called Greg, the owner, for an appointment; he arrived on time and brought a wide range of samples; good to see them laid out in our rooms with our lighting as opposed to in a showroom. Greg's experience was very helpful in sorting through the samples and making our selection. Installers arrived as scheduled and removed old carpet and pad which were rolled and taped for our wkly garbage pickup. Entire process of removal and installation of new pad and carpet was done very efficiently and professionally in a few hours. A week or so later we did have an issue with a seam in one room. Greg came right out, and it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with our carpet and the process of working with Greg. Would not hesitate to work with again."

"Lance came to a townhouse I'm remodeling right now. I had new laminate flooring i had just put in and needed the carpet to be finished/repaired properly to meet the laminate floor. One opening was about 10ft wide and the other a door way about 2.5 feet wide. Lance was on time and gave some good suggestions on how to finish the carpet edge to where it met the laminate floor. He reinstalled new tacking, stretched the carpet to attach, and then trimmed/finished the edge to give it a nice clean look. Lance noticed a few small stains on the carpet and removed those for me too!! Great guy and does very nice work. I will use him for all my carpet repair needs for my properties in the future."

"I had been looking for a specialist like this for along time. I had gotten quotes to clean my wall to wall carpets and each time I asked, I was told that the carpet cleaning company could also steam clean my Karastan area rugs. I am orginally from the South and lived very close to the Karastan factory and was taught that you have these rugs cleaned the right way because of the fringe and quality of the rugs. In the South, we always sent them to the factory/dealer to be cleaned and I had not had any luck in finding someone in this area. I was so happy to find Minasian. I called to explain that I had knock off orientals, and the owner asked if they were Karastan. They sent their crew to pick up the rugs-9x12,3x13,3x5,2x4. They were professional, explained how they cleaned them and took them all away. When they were returned, the crew put them all down and even fussed to make sure all the fringe was laying correctly and asked several times if I was happy with the placement of the rugs. Minasian has a terrific crew that I felt comfortable having in my home and my rugs look fabulous--just couldn't have done a better job!!! All I can say is if you have nice area rugs, get them cleaned the proper way! And Minasian does that-"

They did a great job of sanding, staining and applying three coats <br /> of water-based protection. <br /> I would use Nex flooring again, In fact, I plan to do so. <br />"
