"I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. "I waited a couple of months to provide this feedback. I wanted to make sure that, after some substantial rains, no leakage occurred. I am pleased to state that no leakage has occurred, It appears that Infinity did a good job. In order to replace some step flashing, it was necessary to remove aluminum siding. I was concerned that afterward, the siding would perhaps not be reinstalled correctly, but it looks fine. The new shingle job looks great. The new shingles match the original shingle color exactly. You'd never guess that we had a section of roof shingles replaced. The only shortcoming, is that, the final piece of ridge cap's nails were sealed with a light colored caulk/putty when a darker color would have been more aesthetically pleasing. This is no big deal. I have since repaired the woodwork in my window area. The new flashing around our chimney looks great as well. For years we'd have rain dripping in our garage. I attempted to seal any gaps I could see, but could never stop the leaks. This was no way near as annoying as our leak in our living room. Nonetheless, since we were having roof work done anyway, we decided to replace the chimney flashing as well. I'm glad we did."

"A Breath of Fresh Air! Today homeowners must be very careful when choosing a contractor. For most of us, we are taking a gamble every time we hire someone to work on our homes. This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. However, I want you to know that Real Exteriors is a sure bet! From the time I contacted Real Exteriors to the end of my project, I was more than impressed with their professionalism. Joe, the general contractor who worked on my house was more than accommodating and most importantly, he was honest! Before contacting Real Exteriors, I interviewed two other contractors. I wanted to install trim around my two large windows in the front of the house and two smaller windows on both sides. Both contractors gave me a lower price and told me that everything would look fine without removing my 20-year-old siding. I wanted to give my home some “curb appeal” by installing the trim. However, when I interviewed Joe from Real Exteriors, he begged to differ with the other two contractors. Instead, he strongly stated that the trim could not be properly installed without removing the old siding, which was improperly installed over 20 years ago. Because of his honesty, I hired him. The house is now beautiful! Now the house has a brand new face, and the curb appeal I was seeking is definitely there! Being honest with us about how to proceed with our project was paramount! Joe listened to me when we met as I explained my vision for my house. After the job was completed, the house looked exactly as I had imagined it! Joe really helped me to understand that spending the extra money would be much more beneficial to the look of my home rather than bypassing necessary work with substandard results.
