I still did my due diligence and obtained 2 other estimates for the work. Elite Roofing was 35% cheaper than my first estimate and 43% cheaper than Home Depot. This was significant considering the estimate comparison was accomplished using the same expectations, 10 year no leak warranty, 50 Year GAF Shingle & lifetime warranty specs. The sales representative Matt was responsive to my requests, and the crew was simply amazing. They installed the roof on Jul 18, 2018 in 97 degree summer heat. They arrived at 6:45 AM and did not leave until approximately 8 PM in the evening. In just a little more than 12 hours, they removed the old roof, installed the new one, and cleaned up the property after the install. If you didn't know we had just had the roof installed, you would have never known they had been there. The property was left pristine.
