"Chance's work on the plumbing we needed done was excellent-- he was punctual, communicative, polite, professional as well as how the replacements of the many pipes and fixtures were executed. He was able to effectively troubleshoot the issues that arose when coordinating with the city utilities, taking initiative when I ran into a conflict. He also was willing to work with our schedule and went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."
