"Erich Sarna was the service tech that installed my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the install he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! He installed new shut off valves for the gas line and water line. Those items could have been skipped and I would not have thought of replacing them he insisted for safety reasons.He also installed a pressure tank to extend the life of the water heater! Well Done Erich and Thanks!!!"

"The company scheduled a call same day for a leaking water heater. They actually called to let me know when exactly the technician was on his way over, so I would know when to expect him. The tech came in and checked out my water heater and explained that it would need to be replaced because it was leaking. They got the heater replaced and the old one out of my house for me all in the same visit. I was very pleased with the whole experience, they cleaned up after themselves and when they left, except for the new heater you could not have known they were there."

"We replaced an electric stove top with a gas one and needed a new gas line run. Ryan was our technician and they came on time and completed the project in a very timely fashion. It was the coldest day of the this fall and we were worried about the furnace being off too long, but they were professionals and it only had to be off a short time.
