Russell's leads the business and is the main planner and money guy - and safe to say that the rates are very competitive. Russell's crew are largely family members and were all extremely polite and considerate as we were living in the house during the project. The younger guys took care of the more labor intensive work, but again were very skilled and fast. They moved fast, fast, fast. Over time, we learned to trust all the guys and would hire them again in a heart beat. I would say that this company isn't the type to hold your hand entirely through the project; you need to be into the details and understand what you're paying for. Before you sign the contract, make sure to specify every detail in writing of what you want an the exact cost."

"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. "Everything went smoothly, from calling to schedule service, through completion. They called ahead to get information about the surfaces that required repair so that they could plan timing, tools, and materials accordingly. I had to wait several weeks for an appointment, but that is frequently the timeframe for services purchased via a deal, so it wasn't a problem. On the day of, once patching was done, the repairman reminded me to wait 24 hours and then sand the patches before painting. He offered that they could come back and do that step but since it had taken a few weeks already to schedule, I thought I might as well do the sanding myself rather than schedule another appointment.  I wish they had brought up the need to wait 24 hours for sanding when I originally scheduled my appointment. It would have been great to line up the second visit at that point - that is the only thing I would change.

"I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."
