"I called Tad from American Rose Garden last spring to discuss options to bring our lawn back to life as it was not looking the best! Tad arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He informed us of the pros and cons to option 1) re-seeding the entire lawn and option 2) laying sod. He kindly costed both methods out for us to help in our decision. After some consideration, we decided to have new sod laid and have the instant gratification of a nice lush green lawn. At the same time, we also had Tad and his team clean up the front and back yards, lay down fresh mulch and put in a few new shrubs. Tad’s team were polite and hard-working and they transformed our yard beyond recognition. Tad was rightly concerned with how our new lawn was going to get sufficient and regular watering, particularly with summer around the corner. He recommended getting an automatic timer and advised me about the type of sprinkler to buy and where to place it to ensure that all areas of the lawn would be watered. Tad later came back to install our new timer and help get our watering system set up correctly. Even though this took up most of his morning and involved a trip to the hardware store, he refused payment for this return visit. I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Tad and his team were wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend American Rose Garden to anyone looking to rejuvenate their landscaping."

"Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

I asked them to fix some drywall, replace some vent fans, fix some nail pops, install a light switch, and a couple other minor things. They helped me save some money by cleaning and oiling my fans and they also did the last minute add of fixing some minor toilet issues I was having. They were very honest and upfront about costs and I appreciate the speed and attention to detail in the work they did."

"Kyle did an excellent job.  He came out very quickly to give me an estimate, which was extremely competitive.  I liked the way he was very detailed about where he gets his sod and the type of topsoil he was going to use and why. My old lawn was very weedy and mossy; just a mess.  He removed all of that, along with a bit of concrete curbing.  He added fresh topsoil, graded the lawn, put down new sod, and installed new curbing in a couple of areas.  It looks absolutely beautiful.  Kyle also gave me information on how to take care of the fresh sod."

"Their initial cleanup was great so I hired them to do some additional work and I had to end up firing them. I hired them for regular mowing and landscaping for $206/month and that was to come out every other week for 2 hours. They made promises to build up my garden beds and other landscaping. They ended up not doing any real landscaping. I tried getting touch with the manager because $206/month was too expensive for just mowing. He was very difficult to get in touch with and only contacted me after I left a voice mail indicating that I would not be using them anymore."
