He had to take direction from multiple parties and get 4-5yds of mulch into a tricky close quarters, hilly portion of land in South Seattle. "Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean. "

"Hard working crew. Issues with language barrier. Could have put more effort into the quality of their work. Issues still remain on the portion of the job related to my lawn. 2-3 weeks after thatching and reseeding my small front yard lawn, there was an obvious problem with the quality of the job due to a big issue with weeds and clover not only in areas of the lawn that did not get thatched properly but also in thatched areas. Additionally, very little grass was sprouting. My neighbors referred to my lawn as the weed patch. I presented this problem to Marilu with Professional Brothers Landscaping for help to rid the lawn of the weeds. I was told by Marilu that they were too busy to be treating my lawn for weeds and that I was no longer their client."
