"Luckily for Florida, 2025 was a quiet year from a hurricane perspective and we did not have to use the hurricane shutters through the season. Two weeks ago, when we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving holiday, noticed a misalignment in one of the shutters preventing it from on the rail. I contacted the vendor via email and got immediate response. Repair assessment was scheduled for December 3rd after our arrival. "Find another dealer for your needs. I trusted Morgan Exteriors to replace the windows in my home and was considering having them do the same for the siding. However, if getting siding installed is anything like our experience with getting windows replaced, I would not recommend them at all. I have been lied to by the scheduler, the warehouse manager/project manager failed to properly conduct a review of the order placed or complete an accurate inventory of job materials. I have been waiting over a month for the remaining windows to arrive and even after multiple visits to measure and take pictures of windows to be replaced, errors were made and I now have to wait another month for that window to arrive as well. Shayna apologizes profusely and states she is taking action, however, those who she is dealing with are ignoring her and not doing what they should have in the first place. I have requested on four occasions now for a call from the owner since the problems started. Being lied to,"
