"Chet was very polite and knowledgeable. I hired him to refinish my wood floors. He quoted me a reasonable price and let me know how long the project would take. He was done in the amount of days he said and always left the work area clean. He works with his son who is a very pleasant young man. My floors came out beautiful. Chet even advised that I have some molding replaced around my floors which I did, which made the floors look even better. I would recommend the Floor Guy to my family and friends and will be using them again."

"Tom Long is the small business owner who cares very much about the quality of service he provides. He grew up in the business, his father teaching him, and he now works with his son as well. Tom not only came in with a competitive price, but he solved several challenges along the way, unbeknownst until the refinishing install began. He saw some subflooring existed underneath the wood to be refinished, so he bought and installed the same under a new area of wood to be installed, finishing it flawlessly to match the older wood he was re-finishing. He also took it upon himself to shave off the bottom of existing doors to clear the new elevation. Gratis. And had his electrician repair a cracked floor outlet we had. He took care of EVERYTHING!! And had wonderful communication all along the way. I don't think you can have him because WE are keeping him!! But if you DO, you will thrilled with old-fashioned conscientious service!!!"
