"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben in the office was very professional, very easy to talk with and always got back to me as soon as possible. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. The crew that worked on my basement, Ivan and Renee were highly qualified, paid close attention to every detail and extremely respectful to me, my family and my home. They listened to me when I talked about ideas and concerns and always answered my questions clearly for me to understand. I fully trusted them to guide and help me through the process of our renovation. The crew was reliable, came out every day and stayed on schedule. "We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."
