Raffi from Minas came out the day after they were contacted in January 2020 and we discussed solutions. As it was January and he was going to need to place a ladder on the slanted kitchen roof to reach the 24-foot peak of the main house where the antenna was mounted, we had to wait a bit for a thaw. When then weather improved and the snow melted, on February 3rd, he came by with his assistant to hold and steady the ladder while he climbed up detached the antenna from the separated mast, attached the antenna to a new mast and secured it in place. After he oriented the antenna toward downtown, he waited on the roof, in the cold, while I rescanned my televisions. The price was reasonable, the work done extremely competently and Raffi was a pleasure to work with."
