"The job started early April 19, 2019 and continued all day. The rough surfaced concrete needed to be ground smooth with a diamond tooled walk behind grinder. A number of surface cracks had to be opened, filled with polyurea patch, and ground smooth. This phase took half the day. An epoxy base coat was rolled on. Colored poly flakes were immediately broadcast over the wet epoxy. After this first coating dried, a sun proof polyaspartic topcoat was applied. Nothing was damaged and all materials were properly disposed. Job Price - $1600."

George carefully looked everything over and advised me though he would love the business he really didn't think a recapping of our concrete steps was necessary and it wouldn't really last all that long. He said the pits and abrasions on the landing could be repaired but they would'nt look much better, they weren't bad so he recommended that I leave well enough alone.
