"Jane was great to work with. We were doing a major remodeling of our first floor, as well as updating furniture and appliances, powder room, and updating our den, and needed both architectural design and interior design. Jane was supportive and patient in walking us through from our general ideas to specifics, and we are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend working with her and have recommended her to friends."

"Things went well! I was looking to remodel my kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, paint several rooms and add new hardwood flooring. We visited design stores and explored a variety of options as the design was pulled together. Norma was very patient and answered all of my questions (I had plenty). I highly recommend her!"

"IDEA was recommended to us by a local designer for two bathroom updating projects.  Marty and IDEA provided a very reasonable quote to replace a light fixture, 3 vanity faucets, a shower fixture, a roman tub fixture and a toilet tank water line.  Marty also recommended a sub-contractor to change out the old brass trim on our glass shower door enclosure.  Marty was willing to help trouble shoot any problems that came up during the project and was on site each day to inspect the work of his team.  Overall, we are happy with the work performed and the new look of our bathrooms.

"Amazing. Highly highly recommend chrissy. I can’t believe how great my space looks!!!! Can’t wait for the next space she does for me :)"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

"I'll be using him to help design my bathrooms and 2nd/3rd bedrooms. He bring new ideas and doesn't hesitate to incorporate my ideas in his vision. I love working with him and his crew!"

"I am so glad I hired Jeff! As a first time home buyer (and single person) the prospect of finding and buying a condo on my own was very intimidating. But Jeff made everything understandable (he basically gave me a crash course in home buying), and greatly simplified things by acting a loan officer and recommending an excellent inspector. He quickly understood what I was looking for and helped me find a wonderful place in an ideal location much much sooner than I expected. And then the buying process--from offer to closing--went off without a hitch. Jeff was awesome to work with--organized, diligent, and generous with his time (plus, he did all the driving). I couldn't be more pleased and would enthusiastically recommend Jeff."
