"I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did not drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We’re very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time."

His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"The quality of his work is good I would rate him 4.2 out of 5 but He has a constant have it of showing up late and sometimes not at all Additionally, He has called and stated that he has mechanical problems with work then that causes to not show up at all. We additionally agreed to $3990 to pay the upper level of my home he initially tried to charge me more to pay the interior ceiling of the home saying that the ceiling was not included in the interior price, he did concede and painted the interior ceiling without an extra charge. Because I did like to work that he accomplished I gave him an additional work duties to paint portion of the exterior of the house such as the window shutters, the outer doors, the stairs in the front and the back and the garage doors which increased an additional charge of $5280 given.for the added work therefore totaling $9270. Because he has not finished completely the master bedroom's bathroom such as putting in two medicine cabinets, tower racks attached to the glass shower wall, I did not want to continue with a larger project of remodeling the entire lower level because of this constant inconsistency and unreliability of not showing up therefor,e I could not recommend Superior Painting Plus 2 LLC moving forward to anyone."

"After any number of calls and messages, including a long email via the Angieslist system we finally made contact.
The company showed up and after providing a reasonable quote to do the carpets, my tenant asked about cleaning the tile in the house, and the price that was quoted was absolutely outrageous. My tenant did not know any better and paid the nearly $600 to clean 1000sq ft of tiling.
By the time this company had left the house we had paid over $1000.00 for cleaning services.
Absolutely outrageous and will never use again."
