Even though it has taken several weeks & cost me additional money to get this done, I feel that I now have someone fair & dependable for the future projects I am planning."

He sealed some problem areas and three boot pipes and took photos of the things he worked on, also noting other areas/issues that he figured I needed to be aware of. The recommendation (and estimate) for a new roof was appreciated and when I can afford it I will probably choose the company to do the work, but I don't anticipate that being anytime soon, unfortunately! "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
