Rodolfo is also very personable and makes you feel comfortable around him and his employees. In our most recent project he drywalled three rooms which included all the walls and ceilings. Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color. "Thiago was prompt and professional. I hired Radiant Plus to paint bathroom trim and a bedroom and had them come back to paint the living room. The price was very reasonable but the work ranged from exceptional to fair which I attribute to the individual that was painting the specific area/room as there were multiple people. The bedroom was painted very well however, there was a large mark on the wall of the bathroom where the painter had hit the tan wall with the white trim paint. There were a couple other area's where the work was visibly not done as well as other area's. To be fair to Thiago and Radiant Plus, I did not contact them to discuss these issues which he may have fixed had I contacted him. I would hire the company again but would do a thorough inspection of the work."

"What a great experience and final product. Eddie and Simon were relentless in finding the perfect stones for the new retaining wall and front steps. Installation was done beautifully and with a masterful eye. They also installed the new railing on the steps, which came out beautifully, too. All of our neighbors have dropped by and commented on how incredible everything looks (and how jealous they are). I can't say enough about their professionalism, craftsmanship, and drive to please their clients. Plus, they're really nice guys!"

"Our 6 unit, townhouse style, condo association exterior building was in need of paint job. It had been approximately a decade or so since the units had been painted. There was rotted wood, two outside decks per unit, and a very difficult to get to section in the back due to our unique landscaping situation. We acquired 2 quotes and Souza painting was less than 1/2 of the other quote we received. We decided to go ahead with Souza painting and we most certainly made the right choice. Marcio was up front and honest regarding start dates and his overall approach, he was on site everyday there was scraping and/or painting. His crews were professional, efficient, and quick.
