After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. From the initial phone call with Chelsie (both times) to Mr. Terry coming out, to Seth and Logan performing the repairs. I recommend this company everytime."

Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."
