"Willis, from Lutz came to the house and gave me a quote to hook up three faucets and raise one of the waste lines which was too low on the cabinet. He stated that it would take three hours to do the whole job and that Lutz management wanted to charge me 1,000+ for the whole thing. 3 hours worth of work at more that 325.00 and hour. And I’m a member on their loyalty to boot which was 100.00. And that price was with a %15 discount."

They cancelled my service agreement at my request but still after 2 months have not refunded my money that they promised. Sending emails every 2-3 weeks still no response. Save your money and your time."

"They installed the RUUD unit in May 2020. Bi-annual service (maintenance) was May 2025. Now 4monthes later they arrived on a Saturday after 1pm for an appointment made before 8am on the previous Wednesday. I told the technician I was confident in the problem being a failed capacitor and was correct...the part covered under the ten year warranty but I got charged $320.00... and that was with "loyalty " discount.
