They cancelled my service agreement at my request but still after 2 months have not refunded my money that they promised. Sending emails every 2-3 weeks still no response. "They installed the RUUD unit in May 2020. Bi-annual service (maintenance) was May 2025. Now 4monthes later they arrived on a Saturday after 1pm for an appointment made before 8am on the previous Wednesday. I told the technician I was confident in the problem being a failed capacitor and was correct...the part covered under the ten year warranty but I got charged $320.00... and that was with "loyalty " discount. "
