"We are in the process of preparing our home to sell.  Figured it would be worth the expense to get the siding washed.  Overall the power washing turned out just fine, we did not have any issues with that.  What we found was when they removed the screens they broke the pins which hold the screen in.  We don't have an issue with the broken pins because it could have been due to weathering, what we have a problem with is the fact we were not told and the screens were put back in place.  Now we have to get the ladder out to get the screens then make the repairs.  My husband didn't want to contact them to fix it because he wasn't sure of the quality of work which would be preformed.

I tried calling many other gutter companies, but they all were 2-3 weeks or 2-3 months booked out. the owner of 5 Star construction came out to give a bid, and immediately said that he would take one of is crews off another project to immediately address put up the new gutters so as to avoid further flooding into my basement. He said my situation was way more urgent than his other customers. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
