"They came and checked the damage within the week. They gave us an estimate and talked with our insurance agent about replaceing the full roof{which it needed] not just replace shingles. They completed the job with in a week or so. During the winter, ice in one of the gutters caused it to pull loose . I called them and they came out the next day to repair it.Our insurance company had wanted to replace only 1 side of the roof and replace some shingles on the other side not replace both sides even though both sides had damage."
