"S&W kitchens completed a full remodel of my master bathroom.  I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.  The remodel included some extensive concrete work and plumbing to fill in sunken tub and shower areas with a free standing tub and walk-in shower.  Despite delays due to Covid, they kept pace and had tradesmen working almost weekly until done.  Any issues during the remodel were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. The tradesmen were always polite, professional and highly skilled.    If you are looking for a full service remodeler, I recommend them. "

The project was well managed and coordinated. Permitting, inspections, subconterctors were coordinated in a timely manior. "Larry of Home Res-Q Inc. arrived promptly and spent almost all of the 7 hours I had booked putting up a bathroom cabinet, putting together a bed and headboard, a large kitchen cabinet and butcher block.  Larry also took the time to look at exterior door locks and put in new front door lock .I formed a good relationship with Ashli of Home Res-Q Inc's office who was especially accommodating.  I will be using their services again in the very near future as I am completely satisfied with the work.

"AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc(AAASCF) was excellent. We were not experts and did not have the time needed in planning renovations or hiring subcontractors and needed a company that was not only a good construction contractor but would act as a project manager. From the planning stages by bringing the plumber, electrician, and tile/floor man in from the start, exchange of ideas helped with formalizing our remodeling ideas. All contractors were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every day wasn't complete until they finished cleanup. When the contractors were not sure on a particular plan idea, they would contact me directly for additional information on what we were attempting to accomplish. Then it was up to them to make it happen. Our timeline was met and we were able to move back into our unit by 5/31 with only a small punchlist to resolve. We would highly recommend Joe Logar(owner) and AAASCF for renovations in the Tampa Bay area."
