Bob came out and did a thorough diagnostic evaluation of our oven/range, overhead microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator and made what repairs could be done. He also detailed the reasons for non-repairable items that were needed for the insurance company. Very happy with the service and professionalism of our TECH-Bob."

"I was contacted almost immediately after putting in request for service on my washer. The repairman contacted me to let me know when he was on the way in the allotted time provided. He thoroughly inspected my washer and showed me the problems. Unfortunately it was more expensive to fix than to replace, which I’m thankful for that information. Flat fee for service and travel extremely low price and was extremely pleasant to speak with. Service was done in a professional manner was precise and thorough but prompt service. "The entire process was top rate from start to finish. The lead Electrician/estimator was AWESOME ( Joseph Abedini ). He was professional, knowledgeable , honorable. He was unapologetic for the aggressive pricing of his company as he was proud of the product and service !! That said, for budget minded home owners, this is a very high end priced service so it will be incumbent for Mister Sparky to deliver the quality and service necessary to support the price structure or they will not get repeat business.
