"This is a great company from initial contact, estimate, actual service and follow up. My shower tiles needed some TLC, and tub needed caulking. This house was built in the 80's but the tub and tiles were still in great shape and a neutral color so I decided to re-grout and restore to better appearance and function. Jacklyn came in and re-grouted the tile and caulked where necessary and it looks like new! She had a young man with her that she was training. They were very polite, and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing and it shows! This is one contractor that I have hired since my move here that I am more than happy with! "My sister and I hired Sean and his team to come in and deep clean our mother's home while she was away. Her house is full tile and after her elderly dog's passing, it was in need of some TLC to freshen up her home. Josh was our service guy who came and he was on time and courteous and thorough and patient (as we found issues we didn't know needed addressing). He was willing to add to his already long day by adding on additional needs and went the extra mile to help apply a pet odor treatment before leaving. Her couches looked brand new and the freshness was immediate. Even after a hiccup in the drying process (due to our own oversight), Sean and Josh helped us with advice on how to address it and even offered to come back out quickly to help us address our problem. I cannot say enough great things about this company! "So glad I hired TS Property Care to clean/seal my grout. Over 10 years, my 500 Sq ft of tile/grout had accumulated a lot of dirt. I had tried to deep clean it myself numerous times, but could never complete the job as it was just too much tile. Tyrell, the owner of the company, came to assess the work. He gave me a very reasonable quote so we set up a day/time for the cleaning. Deshawn was the technician that came. In this day and age, I thought he would have a machine to do the "dirty" work, but instead, he cleaned the tile the old fashioned way -- with cleaning chemicals and good, hard muscle power. It was amazing how clean he was able to get it! The next day, he came back to apply a color seal to the grout. Now my floors look just like they did 10 years ago when they were new! Kudos to Deshawn for his grit and determination in doing this back breaking work. Both he and Tyrell were professional, kind, and polite. I would hire them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family."
