When I called them to come out and fix the problem they wanted to charge me time and a half for the service call even though I had a service contract. Their reasoning was that it was my fault that I didn't prevent snow from getting inside the air filter. They claimed to have sent out a mass email a month ago notifying all their customers of this possible issue, I never viewed it and no follow-up was ever sent.
