I hope there are no unexpected surprises, I really would have preferred if they would have brought a ladder and thoroughly inspected the roof. "They serviced the sewing machine as requested.  It was working, but needed lubrication and a tuneup.  They called regarding the vacuum.  The repairs would have cost more than a machine of that age was worth.  The canister vacuum was purchased from Sears 8 years ago.  Parts of the machine still work fine, so I brought the old machine home and purchased a new vacuum from Aspenleiter Vacuum.  We were not charged for the diagnosis of the problem. <br />"
