Dave was very friendly and not only fixed my issue, he explained everything he was doing every step of the way. While here, Dave also fixed my screen door latch assembly. The best part? All of this cost me a 3rd of what I was quoted by 6 different contractors. I can not stress this enough, go with this company with any issues you are having. You will keep their number on speed dial as we now have!"

"Ray and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior painting. They also repaired 2 window sills and the porch overhang while adding insulation as well. Ray is an honest, integral man that wants to make sure you are happy when the job is done. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"As soon as I took the special offer, I contacted Exquisite Construction to get set up with a time for the service.  Paul contacted me the next day via email and I gave him a call where we set up a day and time for him to do the repairs.  He called the morning of the repair day confirming the fact that he would be there on time.  He was exactly on time and set to work immediately and repaired both ceilings and numerous cracks that had appeared in some of my walls.  Paul was professional and did the job well. All repairs look great and I am very pleased with the work.  I do plan to have him do some more work for me.
