"Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. The installation was done well with attention to my input on vent installation and handling condensate outflow. Area was left as clean as when they started.
In making the decision about the service the owner, Don was very willing to visit a couple of times to discuss intent and options. He was also will willing to reach out to other professionals when I had questions he didn't know answer for. Someone less customer oriented might have allowed an installation based on what I said, but one that wasn't the most effective way to go about it.
The only issue with the whole process was once I was ready it still took a couple of weeks to get a contract done. Given the final result I am very happy I stuck with it instead of getting discouraged.
