Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. So in 6 weeks it went from 9,000 up to 24 thousand dollars. He never worked in full week. He work on one day a week. 3 days of next week, 2 days of next week. He would tell me different excuses, one excuses after another. He's always sick gave me never ending excuses.
