"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"We can’t say enough good things about Bob Phalen. He was timely in responding to inquiries and very honest and thorough in appraising our home repairs . His work is exceptional and his pricing very reasonable . He will be our go to person from now on ."

"We hired Strong Builders for a major home project, and the results were exceptional. Jack, the owner, is everything you hope for in a contractor — professional, punctual, and deeply experienced. He handled the design and construction of our new deck and sunroom, and also remodeled our living room by removing walls and reimagining the layout. What impressed us most was Jack’s honesty and follow-through. He’s a great communicator, clear about timelines and costs, and he always does what he says he will — a rare quality in this field. He does most of the work himself, so there’s no guessing who’s responsible for quality, and he’s an excellent problem solver when unexpected challenges arise. If you’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and highly skilled, we strongly recommend Strong Builders. You’ll get great results with no surprises."

"I recently had a home built for me in Kennebunk,Maine by Jason and the crew of Mason Sky Enterprises and I have nothing but praise for them, not only did they construct my home to the highest standards in an incredibly timely manner but they were also kind and considerate and endlessly patient when it came to my plethora of never ending questions which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend them for any job whether that be large or small. With much gratitude! SSgt.K Campbell USAF (Ret.)"

"Larry just remodeled our kitchen and did an incredible job! He's extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, timely, and worked in an honest and professional manner the entire time. As first home owners, finding a good contractor isn't always easy and can be intimidating - but we feel we really lucked out with Larry. He also has a designer's eye and we felt that his vision for the home really matched with ours from the get-go. We'll definitely be recommending his services to friends and family, and we'll undoubtedly need his help ourselves again in the future!"

"I had an outstanding experience with Real Painting and could not be happier with the results. The painting looks fabulous, and the service was of the highest quality. I received quotes from four painters, and Carlos compared very favorably in both price and expertise. Carlos accommodated every request I had to make adjustments to my project and made himself available whenever I tried to reach him. He was extremely knowledgeable about which paints would work best for walls, cabinets, ceilings, and the moisture levels in each room, as well as ways he might work with me to maximize efficiency while reducing costs. His team was highly professional, courteous, and skilled. They carefully wrapped and taped my furniture and home items in every room, always removed their shoes when in carpeted areas, and took great care to protect my home throughout the process. Carlos was referred to me by my realtor, who has had him paint her properties twice. After seeing the excellent work he and his t"

"After our home flooded, Pedro and his team completed a full renovation of our condo. The final result was beautiful. We were very impressed with his electrician and hardwood flooring subcontractor. The scope of our project grew from completing necessary repairs to undertaking a full renovation, which Pedro handled well. We appreciated his advice along the way as we were new to this--he has a good eye for design and steered us in the direction we were looking for. Pedro was accessible and communicative during the process and is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Pedro was kind and thoughtful--with several very special touches for our young kiddo, which we appreciated so much."

"Boston Quality Contractors worked with me on the renovation of 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and finish work around the house. His team repaired some exterior siding and flashing for me. They did such a great job and were very fast and friendly. I hired them to do the renovation and Jefferson was incredibly helpful when I had to live away from the house when the work was being completed. THey did the demo, the framing, the tilework, adding a window, repaired siding, installed a farmhouse sink, installed cabinets, coordinated with the countertop installation, installed doors, and locks, and helped me make some design and measurement decisions. Their team was very friendly, efficient, and I felt comfortable being able to update the designs and add projects as we got further into the job. I will definitely hire them again for any interior or exterior work I do. Thank you Boston Quality Contractors!"

"WS Builders were great to work with. We had a lot of renovations and repair work done by WS Builders. Some of the work was major renovations and other work was smaller jobs. They provided quality work on all projects, big and small. They were honest and very professional and their prices were reasonable. They stayed within budget, were timely, and stand behind their work. We would highly recommend them."

"I recently hired LionHeart Finish Carpentry for a bathroom remodel, and I honestly couldn?t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, respectful, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the work truly surprised me ? the bathroom came out even better than I expected. Everything looks clean, modern, and very well finished. They communicated well throughout the project and made sure everything was done the right way.
