"Great so far. The people who have come have been prompt, thorough and kind, and they seem to really know their business. I also had to change an appointment and it was easy. We are pleased so far. We chose the "gold service." It includes coverage for crawling insects such as ants, spiders, centipedes, stinging insects such as hornets, wasps, and yellow jackets, mice, and termite monitoring. The package costs $795 and has a one year service warranty. The package includes follow ups for the mouse stations as well as sealing holes around the foundation of the home. It also includes one interior spray and three exterior sprays per year."

"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Pricing was fair, and the technician was very knowledgable about the active and inactive ingredients that they used to treat the nest."

"Advanced Pest Innovations were great. They were efficient and the explained things to me plainly."

"I had a good friend recommend armor pest control. They had done business before and I was told Jose was the best around. When I contacted armor pest control he showed up two days later right on time. Jose took the time to look through my house and properly to identify key problem areas. When I had questions, he answered them and gave an in depth explanation. I cannot stress enough how great he was. I felt comfortable knowing he was going to help me take care of my pest problem. He really does go the extra mile. By the time he left I felt more comfortable in my home. Jose really makes you feel like family when he’s working with you. You won’t regret working with Armor pest control. Thank you again!"

"While I may not know for a couple months if the treatment was effective, I was very impressed with the service. I sent an email inquiry over the weekend to start and received a phone call back the next business day. Scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. I was left with a detailed report about what steps they took and what products were used to address the mouse/ant issues. Thank you."

"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"I was having a terrible issue with spiders in my garage at home period called Swat and they came out the next day. They treated the home inside and out and I have not seen a spider in a month. T He also took care of a bees nest for me."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."
