"If anyone else’s experience has been anything like ours, It’s become very hard to find someone to come and give you an estimate, if they do, most never return to do the job, and if they do, forget about getting an honest answer on when they plan to start the job. I can’t remember the last time I hired someone to do work for me, that actually completed it with the quality and craftsmanship they promised up front! Now I can, Mr. Chris Odell seems to one of the very few who does what he says, when he says. And we were completely satisfied with everything he’s done for us so far. He is fair, honest, and dependable. We actually had an issue a couple weeks later, that had to do with the hardware that was used, and not his work specifically. Upon notifying him, he immediately made an appointment that was convenient for us, and came out made the repairs, (took about 10mins) and he refused payment, I would have paid him something for his time, because the fault wasn’t his. Highly Recommend!"

"JC and his team did an excellent job replacing our privacy fencing. They were on time each day and completed with with on schedule. There was clear communication before and during the work being done. The quality of the work and professionalism of the team is outstanding. I will be hiring JC again in the near future to replace the remainder of our fencing."

"While there were no issues regarding the price or punctuality at first my concern and low scores are reflecting the warranty follow ups. The first problem occurred regarding the gates not closing properly due to settling and adjustments. After I gave a low scores due to no call back Mark Campbell contacted me after several calls and fixed the problem. Then I deleted the negative score. This August I noted that some fanciest started to lean, worrying me that the whole fence might tip over. After s several messages and calls, I did speak with Mark who promised to take a look and asked me to send him a picture. I did this on Sept 4! To this day, Oct 2, I did not have a call back from him ( after 5 calls and messages) or came out to at least look at the problem. To say that I am VERY disappointed is an understatement! In addition, their phone number 919-787-1880 has been disconnected!"

"Fence Works installed over 500 ft of fence, both chain link and mesh wire for us. Most of the ground where the fence was installed is uneven making it a bit more of a challenge. The end result is a professional job, a quality fence, and a happy customer. I love the fence. Fence Works did an excellent job. They completed the work in 2 days. They did what they said they were going to do and stuck to their estimate - no hidden costs. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next fence project."
