First, as noted by another reviewer, I got a very quick response and job estimate. I needed to wait almost 2 weeks to schedule and John was able to accommodate me. This was hassle-free and professional - thank you for that! The crew installed an outdoor electrical outlet, an outside motion light, 2 light fixtures (dining area and kitchen bar/counter), and 8 ceiling wafer lights with dimmers (including cutting into the ceiling and working in the attic for wiring). They listened to my needs and worked with me to place the ceiling lights where I could accomplish the lighting I wanted without adding under cabinet lights, saving me money! John sent an entire crew to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. They were neat as they worked and cleaned up after themselves. They also seemed to enjoy their work and they actively pulled from each others' expertise or specialty. UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "Couldn't have asked for better service. Issue ID'd and fixed in about 45 seconds flat. Load/line wired wrong. After fixing, secured GFCI and two affected outlets, and then gave a quick block of instruction on the issue. OUTSTANDING! Then, on top of that, I had used a coupon for 2 hours labor for $149.00 so they called the office and got that cut just about in half to what I figure was simply a service call fee. Advised on a washing machine wiring hookup as well which I was able to do myself cuz it was pretty cut and dry. Their knowledge of residential electric and residential CODE was just what we needed. HIGHLY recommend."
