In speaking with several companies, we learned that only some of them make repairs to EPDM roofs and fewer companies actually replace them. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. "We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."
