I knew that my house was in need of a re-piped for quite awhile, but i had been putting it off in fear of how expensive it would be. Kenny from First Thought Plumbing explained to me what was going on with my plumbing and that i definitely needed to re-pipe my house he explained that my galvanize pipes were constricted due to calcium building up in the pipes from over the many years. Kenny quoted me $5900 to re-pipe my house wow what a deal , not alot to pay for piece of mind. "Overall: I would say a "B" because i'm still missing that piece. They should have followed up, because thats what they'd said they were going to do. I didn't go around really pricing other places, I've used Red-Lilly before and they've done good work with me, so, thats the main reason- I called RedLilly mainly and wound up wit Plotke side answering, and they said they are together now. I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff"
