"The serviceman was punctual. The installation took about an hour and a quarter. He explained the opener in detail, showing me how to program it, proper maintenance (e.g.,where to oil the door hinges) and then operated the door. He also, at my request, attached a keypad outside the door for remote-less opening. Showed me the manual and pages relevant to my concerns. Was pleasant and professional throughout."
