"He ended up telling us the job was more complicated that he'd expected, so his final bill ended up being around $650, which we didn't dispute. In installing our doors, he was planning on leaving our alarm system sensors out for us to reinstall later. It was only when I pointed out to him that if he did that, we'd have to take out the frame all over again to do that, that he agreed to do it as part of the job. Our primary complaint regards the crack in the ceiling. Less than two days after fixing it, the crack reappeared. He came back two days later to fix it again, but didn't seem to do much, as the crack is still there."
