"Fantastic. Harry of ELC came to my house and assessed the damage and said he could fix it. He took a sample of the leather from an inconspicuous spot under the couch to match the color and in a couple of weeks, he returned to restore them. The color matched perfectly and the couch and chair look new! No one would ever know that the scratches were touched up. The whole process was pretty painless. Harry does the repair/recoloring on site, so you don't have to move the furniture out. It was ready for use within a day or so. Be aware that you do need some lead time because the color/stain needs to be matched and made specifically for your furniture, If you want your furniture fixed for a special occasion, be sure to contact them well in advance. Also, not all my leather was fixable. Some of our dining chairs were bonded leather, which could not be fixed, so keep that in mind. This was a great experience and I am so glad I called Harry and Expert Leather Care."
