"We are very happy with the work that was performed by this company. We picked them because of the reviews on Angies List and Google. We nneded some repairs on our metal roof and a new sunroom built."

"The recommendation was to replace the large builder grade windows in the long term. But for the short term, they caulked both inside and outside to help seal from moisture."

"We have lived in South FL for 15 years and are incredibly thankful to have found Mario and Saga Painting and Design. Over the last 5 years, Saga Painting and Design has painted the exterior of our home, done tile work for us, repaired and replaced an exterior door with molding, done drywall repair, and ceiling repair. The work is always meticulous. Mario is a perfectionist and he won't leave a job unless it meets his standards. He is honest, reliable, and trustworthy. All qualities hard to come by in Contractors in South FL. Anytime we need work done on our home, we call Mario first! I don't trust anyone else to work on our home. Mario uses high quality products and treats your home as if it were his own."

"The quality of work is good, but they took a drawer of mine they were supposed to repair, but are refusing to return it. This has been going on for months now, and I have texts saying they do have it. They are not answering my calls, or replying my texts anymore."

"Work was done quickly and with the highest quality and craftsmanship. I would recommend this contractor to others."

"Maintenance Made Simple was a joy to hire. They were very responsive to back and forth texts and emails and worked with us to find the right time for the work to be performed. The work was done and we are very happy with the outcome. I would recommend their services to anyone needing similar work."

"I had exterior repairs and cleaning of my rental property. I had some repairs done to the roof along with power washing if the exterior. There were also some spots that needed stucco repaired in some places. I live out of state and they hadled this very professionally. My neighbor watch the workers and gave very positive feedback stating they were a great crew and did a great job."

"I bought two floating shelves that I installed with the help of a friend - however our work was not that great and the shelves ended up with some noticeable sag. I decided to call around to get a professional to fix the issue. John was able to come out the same day I called. Even though the job was a bit more complicated than he anticipated (my walls were not completely straight and there was a metal electrical box in the wall that needed to be worked around) he had a amazingly positive attitude and was able to do the job in a couple hours. The work was clean and very neatly done. He took care to cover my desk and computer before working and cleaned up the dust afterwards. Will definitely be using this provider again!"
