They were available to provide same day service and I booked with them. They showed up well within the time frame they said they could and went right to work. Not only resolved the issue at hand, but I asked if they had time to look at two toilets that kept running water intermittently. Without question, they took that on and got the job done including going out for parts needed to accomplish. Both Mimi and Pedro have can-do attitudes and will accomplish whatever task presented. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."
