She called her daughter who recommended APEX. After a week or two agonizing over the situation, I decided to call APEX. Mr. Rogers answered the phone and I spoke with him at length about my problem. He was very, very nice and explained their process in cleaning carpets with pet stains. I agreed to have them clean the carpet.
