"I first hired Domestic Interiors to redo the flooring in my condo in 2019. Demolition and installation went quickly and without errors, so when it came time to remodel my master bathroom in 2020 I knew I wanted to work with Mark, Chris and their team again. They did an outstanding job on my â Beautiful Bathroom â , very knowledgeable team members, efficient timing, and a lot of patients. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. "DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They "Javier" the owner said he would take the job after a car hit our home on Christmas night 2024. Then he just totally ignored us. I must of left over 20 messages and nothing, then one day after 3 months I called using my wife's phone and he answered and apologized saying he accidentally blocked my number and he would get right on it. We'll weeks and nothing again, he doesn't and phone goes straight to vm like before. Even from wife's phone he must of blocked both our numbers this time. Called the insurance company they said that the claim closed and they haven't heard from pyramid home services (javier) since January. If he didn't want the job he shouldn't of said yes. A man is only as good as his word. "

I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. "JP painting were prompt, courteous, and professional. The price of the project was fair for the value delivered. We were amazed at how nice and complete the work was done in a short amount of time. We had our whole interior of the house except for the ceilings and closets painted and it was done in two days. The work crew was respectful, courteous, and stayed on task. Couldn’t ask for better go with professionals like the folks at JP, not fly-by-night companies off of social media."

"We used level 4 customs to remodel our upstairs bathroom and they leveled our home to the tune of over 10k in water damage to our home not to mention the mold issue we now have to deal with in our home. Troy had 2 guys do the entire job not once checking on the work being done. We had a bathtub installed and the workers somehow installed the tub without cutting into any wall to hook up the drain. The first time we used the tub it leaked to our downstairs and we called Troy who told us it was not the tub. When he finally came out to look at the job it was determine his workers never hooked up the drain correctly when I poured water down the drain and it went all over Troy who was on a ladder in my ceiling . Two years later we have a leak again, this time much worse. The workers installed the faucet incorrectly (confirmed by 2 plumbers) and Troy says it is a faulty faucet (does this guy take any responsibility for the work his guys do). Not too mention when they did the work his driver ran over our backflow with a trailer shooting water everywhere(which my neighbor saw happen) that both the driver and Troy denied. Also the grout in tub started falling apart 3 months after the job was done. We are having to spend more money to fix the incompetent remodel that was done than it cost to do the remodel itself. After running over our backflow, not hooking up the drain causing a leak and not hooking up the faucet correctly you would think they would help resolve the issue. However , they are refusing to accept any responsibility and at this point its not even surprising. I have a 12 year old child who takes responsibility for his actions better than the adults that run this horrible business. I wish I would have never had this company do any work on my home. We are still getting mold testing and mold mitigation issues resolved and who know the cost or even worse the health issues this has caused my family."

"We were very pleased with the services provided by Gilbert Design Build. We wanted to renovate the kitchen and to place an accent wall with electric fireplace and TV in the living room. The project begins with meeting the president and the designer to discuss ideas and samples see if we're all a good fit. The designer and president then visit the house to see the exact spaces to be built or renovated. The project manager then completes measurements and designer orders materials. When all materials are on hand the site manager schedules the professionals in tile, plumbing, electrical, and framing to their dates Each was pleasant, worked with cleanliness, and delivered a great product. Only two glitches occurred in the process: 1. The distance between the TV and the fireplace heater was not sufficient. This took more tiling but was corrected. 2. The pots and pans rack was very noisy. This was corrected with drawers. Overall a very professional job by Gilbert Design and Build."
